We want every coffee experience to be smooth — from checkout to your first sip.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic (US) delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened packages.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days at support@masonmeadowcoffeeco.com, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
